Archiving

tacoss.eACCOUNT has an integrated archive (tacoss.eDOC). Evaluations, such as balance lists and account statements, are automatically archived and can be retrieved at any time later. The same applies to reminders, bill of exchange and interest charge.

In other evaluations, such as cost categories / cost centers or cost evaluation with summarization, the user determines whether to archive.

Import

Data that is provided from external programs can be imported. These include, for example, payroll data.

Export

Throughout the program a continuous export of data is possible. This applies to master data as well as evaluations from the query area that are displayed on the screen. This data can then be further processed eg in Office programs. An export is available for audits, which corresponds to the requirements of the financial administration.
