tacoss.ePRINT as an app
The tacPrint app allows you to access selected data from tacoss.eTRADE via tablets and smartphones. Taking into account the preset workflow and distribution list, you can upload, access and approve invoices and credit notes for sending to your customers while on the road. Using the 4-eye principle, release is handled by the appropriate person in your organization, such as a general manager, finance manager, or sales manager. For each document, you can see who must release it, whose release has already taken place and whose release has not yet taken place.
Mittels der Freigabe in der App werden die Belege in tacoss.ePRINT für den Versand an Ihre Kunden in die zu bildende Druckakte übernommen. Dabei werden allgemeine Einstellungen für die Druckakte ebenso berücksichtigt wie die unterschiedlichen Versandarten (Datei, FTP, E-Mail, E-POST), die vorab eingerichtet und über den Empfänger (Kunden, Kundenkonten) gesteuert werden.
