Open items management

An open item management is possible for both personal accounts as well as for general ledger accounts. When it comes to personal accounts, this is the prerequisite for issuing reminders.

In the payment program, the open item selection is called automatically when the account is managed accordingly. Individual or multiple items can then be selected and cleared. A full settlement with or without a cash discount is also possible, as is a partial settlement.

Different dunning fees, interest rates and texts can be used as a basis for the reminders depending on the dunning level.
