My job at Tacoss
Responsibility for the entire company, especially for the development and sales departments. As managing director (together with the managing partner Claus Erichsen for many years), I see my task in achieving goals together as a team, but at the same time being able to set the direction for the economic development of the company.
My area of expertise
Developing solutions to problems for our customers. During the conversation with a customer, solution concepts already arise in my head. Based on many years of experience I can draw on a broad knowledge and a large pool of possibilities. For me, software development is like a Lego kit with thousands of similar and partly exotic bricks. My speciality is to create optimal solutions for the customer from the individual building blocks. I am only satisfied with my performance if the application leads to a positive experience for the customer, meets his requirements and is a decisive benefit for him.

New challenges every day. Pure creativity. A wide range of diverse tasks. Every day is different. That excites me.
I like to do that in my spare time
Definitely golfing with my wife and walking my dog. I would love to find the time to go fishing again.
I can't live without
My family and our dog. I am a family person, the family is the most important thing to me.
I would like to do that one day
Travel to the USA. Visit the golf courses Pebble Beach in California (USA) and Old Course in St. Andrews (Scotland) and play a round of golf there.
I am good at
It does not take me long to find my way around a complex new topic. Instructions of any kind are easy to understand. What I have read and/or heard once, I keep and am able to use.
I'm not that good at
Writing long texts. Being patient. I have very high standards and expectations of myself and others.
I am proud of
My wife and I have founded a cheerful, independent family with two wonderful children, who openly and consciously deal with private and public life.
