Report: Movements in query areas for individual and group contracts

In the query windows (in the menu "Report \ Ware") areas for displaying individual and group contracts are included.  They can be viewed from the perspective of customers, customer accounts, representatives, companies, articles and sustainability.

From the displayed contracts in the hit list, the user can directly switch to the contract management by double-clicking with the left mouse button, in order to see, for example, the individual decreases or the rate split. However, the user can not make any changes.

In addition, the user can call up archived contract documents, and, in the case of an activated web portal, also select specific web-based entries for direct access.

In addition, the context menu for the displayed contracts has been extended by the new entry "Movements".

This allows the individual movements, decreases, and reservations to be displayed within the query window in a separate query area without having to switch to the contract window.

Filtered display of contract movements

Above the tabular overview on the "Table" tab of the query area there are several selection boxes. With the aid of the individual selection boxes, the user can conveniently limit or filter the displayed contract movements.

The  "Status" selection box allows the user to define the processing status of the defined movements:

  • Recorded: Movements that are recorded but not billed or processed.
  • Invoiced: Movements are displayed that have been billed or invoiced but have not yet been processed.
  • Planned: Unprocessed movements are displayed.
  • Processed : Only the processed or integrated movements are taken into account.
  • All: All movements are displayed.

In addition, the selection boxes "storage" and "articles" are available. These are filled according to the selected contract and contain only the storage locations or articles that were addressed in the individual contract movements. This keeps the two selection boxes compact without listing any unnecessary entries.

The various selection boxes in the query programs enable the user to filter the displayed contract movements in a simple and fast way.

Below the tabular listing of the contracts is a formula area, which can be used to mathematically calculate individual selectable columns (eg number, average, maximum, minimum or sum).

From the displayed movements in the hit list, the user can switch directly to the program window by double-clicking with the left mouse button, in order to view, for example, the detailed properties. However, the user can not make any changes.

Context menu of the selected contract movement

If a single contract movement is clicked with the right mouse button, the following extensive context menu appears.

The entries "Contract" and "Contract Movement" are always active. The other entries ("order", "weighing order", etc.) can only be selected if the respective contract movement has also been assigned to the associated reference area.
